Corporate Training and Awareness

Menopause is such an important initiative in the workplace and one that employers cannot afford to ignore. Training in this area is essential for promoting wellbeing in the workplace, improving awareness for both men and women and to provide all members of the team with the skills and knowledge to offer support and assistance to colleagues who may be going through the menopause.

Research shows that over 10% of women leave their jobs, and many more are reducing their hours or passing up promotions, due to menopausal symptoms whilst others battle on dealing with this transition feeling isolated, misunderstood and unsupported. Menopause Coaching can help to correct this imbalance and provide a valuable resource to the whole team. Such coaching helps with creating a supportive work environment, promoting a sense of community and belonging in the workplace among employees, which can lead to increased job satisfaction and employee retention.

Courses are usually delivered in the workplace to provide the most effective and direct form of communication. Personal delivery leads to higher engagement and clearer learning outcomes. Understanding can be checked, and reinforced, which is vital when dealing with such a complex and individual issue as the menopause.
