I first met Claire when I joined her Nordic Walking Class with the aim of easing my back pain. I was immediately impressed with how personable and caring Claire is, how she checked in with how I was feeling and ensuring I was doing OK during the exercise class. Claire is a brilliant communicator and intuitively meets people where they are at. She is a positive influence who has always made realistic and well-informed suggestions to help me improve my well-being. Claire is one of the most trustworthy and honest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. She's a treasure.
