Frequently Asked Questions

Menopause Coaching is an education, consultation and support service to help guide women through the physical, psychological and emotional changes that occur as a result of the menopause. It provides information, builds resilience and helps develop coping strategies to enable women to successfully navigate this significant life change. It's aim is to improve female wellbeing both in the interim transition stage and the longer post-menopausal period.

Catering for my courses will be provided either by an independent caterer, or by the on-site catering team. I will advise them of any special dietary requirements you include on your booking form and then will liaise with you accordingly regarding their responses.

Leave the stresses of the world at the door and don't pick them up on the way home. Please wear comfortable, relaxed clothing; something you feel totally at ease in.

Water will be provided along with lunch and refreshments. (Have you told me about any dietary requirements?)

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for the breathwork and relaxation portion of the course.

Full directions, and instructions, for each venue are included at the bottom of the relevant course page.

Payment in full is due on booking. There are several methods of making payment - cash, bank transfer, contactless, invoice or payment link. Please contact me here to arrange the most convenient method for you.

If you need to cancel your place on a workshop or training course:

If you tell me more than 28 days prior to the workshop, subject to availability, I will transfer your booking to another similar course, or you may request a full refund. Likewise, if you let me know more than 28 days prior to the training course, I will do my best to re-arrange the date of your course, subject to availability, or you may request a full refund.

If you need to cancel your workshop with less than 28 days' notice, I will be unable to refund your payment unless your place is filled by someone else. I will do my best to find a replacement booking and you are welcome to give your place to someone else. In this instance, please advise their details as soon as possible so I can contact them.

If you cancel your training course booking with less than 28 days' notice, your payment will be non-refundable.

If I need to cancel a course or workshop:

I always do my best to make sure courses take place as planned but in the unlikely event I need to cancel a training course or workshop, due to circumstances beyond my control, the following will occur:

  • I will do my best to give you as much notice as possible.
  • Subject to availability, I will do my best to transfer you to the next suitable course.
  • If an alternative is not possible then you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

If you need to cancel a 1 to 1 appointment:

If you give a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment, I will do my best to re-arrange the booking or you may request a refund. However, if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or less, a charge of between 50% and 100% of the fee will be due.

Please contact me here for any cancellation queries. In the event of emergency cancellations, please call me on 07932-772467.
