Who am I?
I am a post-menopausal woman who is passionate about helping others to get the most out of their lives whatever life is throwing at them. I am positive, enthusiastic and firmly believe that having the right information and help is essential to proactive health care. My primary goal is to help women successfully navigate the menopause and to go on to live happier, fitter and healthier lives for the rest of their lives.
I have worked in the health and wellbeing sector for over 20 years and have a wealth of experience to offer. I am qualified in a number of different areas and fundamentally see myself as a specialist exercise instructor and menopause coach. I very much see my current role as to improve knowledge on menopause, and to make women aware of of what their options are so that they can make informed, empowered choices that are right for them.
It's fair to say I didn't have the best menopause experience and this is what motivates me to train, and work as a Menopause Coach. I loved the training and found it extremely pertinent both professionally and personally. I have recently used my training to make some changes to my life choices and feel so much healthier and fitter and consequently happier. I am fully committed to using my skills base to increase awareness around menopause and to ensure women have the best menopause possible.

Women's health needs to be talked about more often. In fact, I would go as far to as to say it needs to be shouted about! We are not small men!
My sessions provide relevant information on the facts and myths surrounding perimenopause, menopause and life beyond menopause. The various options offered cover different, but relevant issues of the menopause and life afterwards.
Self-care is often neglected by women, and we are so often our own barrier to proactive health management. Menopause can offer the chance to reset and to take positive steps to put your own wellbeing at the top of the list.
